Since having my children, I have dabbled in many creative hobbies as a stay-at-home mom and have made lots of stuff! I found I really liked making jewelry, designing, and running a business. I started this shop with encouragement and support from my husband and family.
Like any artist, my work has evolved over the years, but I still emphasize the personal connection in my designs. People love to wear something made just for them. Something unique that no body else has. Everyone needs a little "specialness", a reminder of something or someone that they love. I try to put that into each of my designs.
It Is fulfilling to create something that the wearer finds meaningful. I like to think I am teaching my girls a little something here and there too about creativity, perseverance and doing what you enjoy.
